New Client Experience in SafeSend Returns

We have reimagined the full taxpayer experience using SafeSend Returns and incorporated your feedback along the way. Your clients will benefit from an enhanced experience yet feel comfortable with the familiar functionality. Plus, the new UI will also allow your firm to add branding, such as a firm logo, firm colors, or the firm name to the system. Releasing late November 2020.


New Batch Processing in SafeSend Signatures

New batch processing functionality in SafeSend Signatures will allow your firm to batch process engagement letters for sending and e-signing. Simply, (1) upload templates, (2) upload a CSV file with client information, and (3) send documents to all your clients! Releasing late November 2020.


Introducing SafeSend Organizers

The release of SafeSend Organizers will allow you to electronically send your 1040 clients a digital client organizer. The system will recognize, read, and prepare client organizer PDFs for sending. This new functionality will allow you to convert the static client organizer PDF from CCH Axcess™ Tax or CCH ProSystem fx® Tax to a convenient fillable format, so your clients will easily be able to digitally complete and return their tax organizer! Releasing mid December 2020. Support coming next year for client organizers in Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS® and GoSystem® Tax RS, and Intuit Lacerte®.
