Jacqueline Lombardo is the Operations Manager at Boomer Consulting, Inc., where she champions strategic initiatives of the client service department, focusing on developing and implementing strategies that support client retention and satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and streamlined processes. She ensures compliance and protects intellectual property while overseeing the content development and client service of the Boomer Knowledge Network, a digital library offering valuable resources and a high-quality client experience.

Additionally, Jacqueline oversees Human Resources, collaborating closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. She drives employee engagement and organizational success, focusing on talent management, performance development, and employee relations. Jacqueline ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and programs that support business growth, while fostering a positive workplace culture with a strong emphasis on DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging).

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor's degree in Law & Society from Purdue University and a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of Scranton. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Ohio State University and is a Kolbe Certified Consultant. Jacqueline and her husband, Joe, live in Lodi, California, where they enjoy off-roading, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
